• Indoor pool: nicely heated, to let the water gently pampered even when it's cold outside.
   
• Sauna: gives wellness to the body by inducing copious perspiration which removes toxins; its relaxing effect on muscles may be effective in reducing anxiety and stress.
   
• Turkish bath: the ancient and oriental sweat therapy which purifies the skin and regenerates the respiratory ways. Thanks to the pleasant temperature it acts in a leisurely way.
